Sharpening the Saw

The first episode of "Sharpening the Saw (STS) 2080/81" was successfully conducted on the 31st Shrawan, 2080 by the Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM) under the Management Learning Group (MLG). STS is a faculty development series that aims to foster a growth mindset, enrich the skills and understanding of faculties, enhance facilitation abilities, and promote continuous learning and self-improvement. The first episode featured the captivating presentation by Ms Sebika Thapa, who explored "The Dreaded Drama Triangle," its varied applications, and how roles within it can be transformed for empowerment. The program was chaired by Dr Rajan Khanal, the Executive Director of NASC. The program was hosted by Mr Nabin Chapagain, Director of Studies and Centre Head of CHRM. The session included self-reflection by the presenter, feedback from the audience and concluded with the Executive Director's profound appreciation for the program for the continued capacity development of faculties at NASC.
