Aim of the Course
This course aims to equip participants with a solid understanding of the principles, regulations, and procedures governing public procurement of goods. It also strengthens their ability to effectively plan, execute, and assess procurement activities—ensuring value for money and minimizing associated risks.

• Develop technical specifications and Terms of Reference (TORs) effectively

• Negotiate and administer contracts for goods and consulting assignments
• Monitor performance and ensure compliance in consulting services
