NASC welcomed the newly appointed Executive Director Mr. Ram Sharan Pudasaini today, 16th Ashadh 2082. Government of Nepal appointed him as Executive Director  of NASC for the tenure of five years, effective from today. After attending an Appointment Ceremony at Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, he took his office at NASC and joined the Welcome Ceremony organized by NASC family. Extending welcome remarks, Deputy Executive Director Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal said that as a seasoned bureaucratic leader with depth of professional experiences, NASC will gain further height in the area of training, research and consulting in his leadership in the days to come. He highlighted on the proven spirit, proactiveness and dedication of the entire NASC team that would support the new leadership in the journey to sustain NASC as Center of Excellence.
Addressing the NASC family on the occasion, newly appointed Executive Director Mr. Pudasaini expressed confidence that the institutional values like teamwork and participatory decision making would propel to the direction of NASC vision and mission. He assured that his role as a leader, direction setter, coordinator and facilitator will create conducive environment for all the staff to achieve excellence in performance at all levels. Senior Director of Studies Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel briefed the Executive Director about NASC- its mandates, mechanisms and major activities.
