The Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC) started three days Training Program on Contract Management (Works- Small) from today. Director of CDRC Mr. Binod Kumar Bista Welcomes all participants with opening remarks for successful conduction of training program. He also requests participants to mine the core knowledge of Contract Management from the experienced and expert resource person.  

The training is being conducted outside NASC premises. Nineteen Participants are participating the training program. The training will cover different Contract Management related content such as GCC Provisions, Validation order, Rate Revision, Extension of Time & Liquidated Damage, Contract Management Plan, Contract Management Activities, Implementation of Risk Mitigation Action Plan, Price Adjustment, Insurance, Contract Termination etc.

More than Three-decade experienced Resources Persons MR. Hari Prasad Dhakal, Mr. Keshab Bahadur Thapa, Mr. Shambhu Bahadur K.C, Taisuke Miyao will be facilitating the training program.
Mr. Shiva Hari Adhikari, Mr. Govinda Maharjan and Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya are managing the training program. The training will end on 16th December 2021.
