Three days’ residential program titled, "Leadership Excellence for Women Managers"

Three days’ residential program titled, "Leadership Excellence for Women Managers" organized by Centre for Organization Development (COD) of Nepal Administrative Staff College (NASC) has started in Landmark Hotel, Pokhara from today (24-26 Kartik, 2079). This three days’ program is designed for women managers participating from different private and public organizations with an objective of enhancing their leadership skills and competencies. Eighteen participants from various public and private institutions are participating in the program. The opening Ceremony was chaired by Deputy Executive Director of NASC, Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal . Director of Studies and Centre Chief of Centre for Organization Development (COD), Mr. Binod Kumar Bista was present in the program. In his welcome remarks, Mr. Bista, welcomed all the participants and highlighted the course content of the program and shared the importance of the training contents in current context. He encouraged all the participants to be interactive, participative and express their views and opinions in the classroom sessions. In his opening remarks, Mr. Lamsal, the chair of the opening ceremony, highlighted the importance of this program and focused on taking initiatives in workplace and making a difference. He further reinforced the participants to make the stay fruitful and full of shared learning. The opening ceremony was concluded with his opening remarks.
