The Training of Trainers (TOT) program for officials from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) concluded on May 17th, 2024. Dr Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of NASC, chaired the event, and Mr Uttam Acharya, Director of Studies, was also present in the graduation ceremony.

Mr Bipin Nepal, representing the participants, expressed profound gratitude for the insightful training and praised its impact on their facilitation skills. He acknowledged the collaborative effort between NASC and NATHM in organizing the program. He also mentioned that NATHM should start providing such training to new recruits at their institution.

In his closing remarks, Dr. Khanal highlighted the introspective journey that participants undertook during the program. He noted that the program allowed participants to learn the training methodologies and practical aspects of facilitation and presentation skills. Dr. Khanal reiterated that the program's primary focus was to enhance knowledge, refine skills, and produce a new cadre of trainers. Ms. Shailaja Upadhyaya hosted the formal event.
