Sharpening the Saw (STS) 2080/81

On the 15th of Bhadra, 2080, the Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM) within the Management Learning Group (MLG) successfully hosted the second episode of "Sharpening the Saw (STS) 2080/81." STS is a faculty development series that aims to foster a growth mindset, enrich the skills and understanding of faculties, enhance facilitation abilities, and promote continuous learning and self-improvement. The highlight of this second episode was a captivating presentation delivered by Mr. Sabik Neupane. He eloquently addressed the theme of "Balancing Humanity and the Planet: The Transformative Power of Doughnut Economics" and elucidated its key principles. The program was chaired by Dr Rajan Khanal, the Executive Director of NASC. The program was hosted by Ms Antovna Gyawali.

The session was not only informative but also introspective, as Mr. Neupane engaged in self-reflection, and the audience provided valuable feedback. The event concluded with a profound appreciation expressed by the Executive Director for the initiative demonstrated by the new faculty members. It was an enriching experience that contributed to the ongoing growth and development of NASC family.
