Mrs. Ashma Bidari shared her valuable ideas, knowledge, and experiences on effective ways to manage screen time in today’s technology-driven lifestyle. The program proved to be highly insightful and interactive, motivating participants to develop healthier routines and improve their work-life balance through conscious and responsible use of screen.
