H.E. Mr. Chen Song hosted a pre-departure meeting at the Chinese Embassy on March 28, 2024, for the participants of the 46th Senior Executive Development Programme (SEDP) before their official visit to China. The meeting aimed to discuss the upcoming workshop "Ministerial Workshop on Public Administration of Nepal" designed for the participants.

During the meeting, H.E. Mr. Song and Mr. Binod Kumar Bista, Senior Director of Studies from Nepal Administrative Staff College, had a fruitful discussion on the workshop's design and objectives. The workshop, tailored for the 46th SEDP participants, is expected to enhance their understanding of public administration in Nepal and its challenges.

The participants expressed their gratitude to H.E. Mr. Song for hosting the meeting and providing valuable insights into the workshop's structure.

The 46th SEDP programmme aims to develop the leadership and management skills of senior executives from various government agencies of Nepal. The participants will embark on their official visit to China as part of the program to gain insights into China's public administration practices and policies.
