Opening Ceremony of Orientation Programme on Management and Development (OPMD) to Undersecretaries of Government of Nepal is organized by the Center of Induction Training, Public Service Training Department (PSTD), Nepal Administrative Staff College.

Mr. Rajendra Adhikari Director of Studies at NASC, welcomed the participants and highlighted the training’s context focusing on reorientig the roles through discussions basically being based on Role enhancement, Authentic leadership, Service Innovative framework and Portfolio Improvement.

Department Head of PSTD, Mr Trilochan Pokharel dealt with the motive of OPMd and provided opening remarks along with brief insight on role orientation of newly appointed officials .
