Opening Ceremony of Orientation Program on Management and Development (OPMD) to Undersecretaries of Government of Nepal is organized by the Center of Induction Training, Public Service Training Department (PSTD), Nepal Administrative Staff College. 

Mr. Rajendra Adhikari Director of Studies at NASC, welcomed the participants and highlighted the training’s context, followed by introduction to overall session from Department Head of PSTD, Mr. Trilochan Pokharel and opening remarks from Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal focusing over the roles of the promoted officials and how they could create impact.
