The 3 days Training on Negotiation Skills for officials of Public Institutions commence today with the opening remarks of Department Head of Management Learning Group Mr. Binod Kumar Bista. Mr. Bista gave an overview of NASC functions to the participants by detailing about each department and centre. He added that NASC has been committed to strengthen the capacity of public officials through trainings, research and consulting. He further explained about the course and emphasized on the significance of negotiation not only in official setting but also in personal life. He explained that this training program is designed in such a way that it aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of officers to negotiate effectively in various situations while performing managerial responsibilities and leading their organizations. Lastly, he express his best wishes to all the participants for the successful completion of the training.
