The opening of In-Service Training Program “Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD-1)” for Class-II (equivalent) Officers of Government Organizations commenced today on 08 Shrawan 2080 at Karnali Hall. The program started with a brief about the course by Dr. Raghu Bista, Center Chief (Center of In-Service Training) and introduction of the coordinator by Dr. Shyan Kirat Rai. The training is being coordinated by Ms. Shital Moktan Tamang. Twenty five trainees are participating in the training which is scheduled to end on 02 Ashoj 2081.
