NASC Discussion Series 78 – Special Edition on the theme “Role of NASC for public service efficiency” was successfully conducted at Nepal Administrative Staff College on 10 Asoj 2080 (27 September, 2023) honoring the 41st NASC Day. Key speakers Dr. Govind Prasad Kusum - former member of Public Service Commission and former Secretary of the Government of Nepal and Dr. Dinesh Prasad Pant - former Executive Director of NASC were invited to share their experiences and insights on the theme. The event was moderated by Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal – Deputy Executive Director of NASC and former secretary of the Government of Nepal. More than 50 attendees from the government and NASC were present in the one-and-half hour series hosted by Ms. Achala Dahal, Director of Studies, Research and Consulting Services Department (RCSD).
