The MTOT training program on Municipal Assembly began on 2082 Mangsir 1. It is a three days training program run by Center for Governance and State Management (CGSM) of Governance and Development Management Learning Group (GDMLG), NASC in collaboration with National Association of Rural Municipalities in Nepal (NARMIN). Department Head of GDMLG, Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel; Centre Chief Mr. Trilochan Poudyal along with Executive Director of NARMIN, Mr. Rajendra Pyakurel, Member Secretary, and Mr. Bhupal Pokharel attended the Opening Ceremony. Mr Pokharel briefly highlighted the background of the program followed by Department Head, Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel welcomed the participants and highlighted on the course with the modality and importance of this training. There are 28 participants in the program from different institutions including NASC.
