NASC organized a program on 7 Asar 2072 (22 June 2015) to congratulate Mr. Punya Prasad Neupane, Executive Director of NASC for being re-appointed for five consecutive years. The Deputy Executive Director, Dr. Tarak Bahadur K.C., Senior Director Kedar Bahadur Rayamajhi (PSTD), Senior Director Yuba Raj Bhusal (RCSD and GDMLG) along with other Directors offered their best wishes and welcomed Mr. Neupane during the program. Dr. K.C. congratulated Mr. Neupane on being re-appoointed for the second time as the Executive Director of NASC. He commended the positive changes that has occurred at NASC during his tenure and pointed that the Government of Nepal has re-appointed Mr. Neupane recognizing his outstanding performance and constructive changes initiated by him. He also committed to work cooperatively and collaboratively to achieve the vision of NASC.
Similarly, another program was conducted on 8 Asar 2072 (23 June 2015) at NASC where the staff members participated to congratulate and offer their best wishes to Mr. Neupane. The Deputy Executive Director, Dr. K.C. congratulated Mr. Neupane and honored his contribution at NASC. NASC Employee Union Chairperson Mr. Binaya Hari Maskey congratulated Mr. Neupane on behalf of all the staffs for being re-appointed and expressed that his re-appointment is a matter of happiness to NASC. He shared his expectation of positive changes from the very first year of his re-appointment, since he is already well aware about the functions and staff members.
During the program, on behalf of newly recruited officers, Mr. Tirtha Raj Ghimire congratulated the Executive Director and expected his guidance and support to lead the newly recruits along with other staffs. Mr. Jhabindra Bhandari and Ms. Achala Dahal, also congratulated and wished the Executive Director on behalf of the staffs and committed to work harder to meet institutional goals.
In his speech, Mr. Neupane thanked all the staffs for supporting him through the years and expected the same hard work and dedication. He expressed his determination to work towards the progress of NASC and pointed that NASC has the potential to achieve higher level of success. Also he assured the staffs that he would work collaboratively and focus all his energy in making NASC the 'Centre of Excellence'.
