The handover took place today (28th Asar, 2080) at the board room in Sampada Sadan. A dedicated team of 11 conducted an extensive study extending across all provinces and has produced an effective evaluation of the ACMD and PCMD programs. The report focuses on three major aspects, namely knowledge, skills, and attitude (KSA) enhancement, individual performance, and organizational performance. 

The team invested considerable effort in gathering data, conducting surveys, and analyzing the results to provide detailed assessments of the effectiveness of the ACMD and PCMD programs in terms of KSA enhancement. It examines the impact on individual performance, evaluating how the training initiatives have positively influenced the skills and capabilities of the participants. Additionally, the report explores the broader implications for organizational performance, shedding light on how these training programs contribute to the overall success of the organization. 

The findings of this report will prove instrumental in identifying areas of strength and areas that require further improvement of the training programs.
