The three-day training programs concluded successfully in Pokhara on Kartik 26, 2082 (12 November 2025). A total of 28 participants graduated from the Training Program on Procurement of Works (Small Contracts) and 27 participants from the Training on ADB’s Financial Management Requirements and Preparation of Project Financial Statements. The programs were conducted under the third phase of the ADB–NASC agreement through the Capacity Development Resource Center (CDRC), further contributing to strengthening the institutional and human resource capacities of ADB-assisted project officials.

Representatives from ADB, focal heads, and thematic experts were present at the program. From NASC, Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies and Department Head of Governance and Development Management Learning Group, Mr. Shiva Hari Adhikari, Director of Studies and CDRC Project Director; Mr. Shailendra Prasad Bhatt, Deputy Director of Studies; Ms. Ashrita Dhital, Administrative and Finance Officer; and Ms. Sebika Thapa, Training and Research Officer, also attended the event.
