
The graduation ceremony for the Advanced Course on Management Development (ACMD2) and the Professional Course on Management Development (PCMD3, 4, and 5) was held on 11th Ashoj, 2081, at Brihaspati Sadan. The event was graced by prominent figures including Executive Director Dr. Rajan Khanal, Department Head of PSTD Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, and Center Head of CisT Dr. Raghu Bista. The ceremony was skillfully facilitated by Ms. Antovna Gyawali, with significant contributions from the coordinators ensuring the event’s smooth management.
Participants from all groups expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to be part of this transformative in-service training program. Mr. Ramchandra Ale (PCMD3) emphasized the power of incremental improvements, stating that even small efforts can lead to substantial changes in the future, and he believes this training will significantly enhance participants’ career trajectories.
Mrs. Rajkumari Khatri (PCMD4) highlighted the growing need for integrating modern technologies into the training programs to make public employees more resourceful. She also advocated for the inclusion of technical staff in Basic Administrative Training to broaden the scope and effectiveness of such programs.
Mr. Nabaraj Parajuli (PCMD5) offered constructive feedback, suggesting improvements in the training facilities, faculty, and curriculum to further refine and elevate the PCMD program. His insights were seen as valuable for the ongoing enhancement of the program’s quality.
From ACMD2, Mr. Ram Ashray Yadav expressed profound appreciation for the well-structured training, supportive faculty, and exposure provided through the C2C module. He mentioned that the training fostered a fresh, innovative mindset among the participants, equipping them with new approaches to public service.
Mr. Trilochan Pokharel, Department Head, underscored the importance of professionalism and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement among public servants. He shared that the Staff College is actively expanding its training capacity and adopting new technologies to ensure its programs remain relevant and effective in today’s rapidly evolving world.
In his address, Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director, acknowledged the invaluable role that feedback plays in the continuous improvement efforts at the Staff College. Dr. Khanal reiterated the Staff College’s dedication to fostering innovative approaches in public service delivery and expressed his gratitude to all participants and organizers for the successful completion of the training programs.
The ceremony concluded with Dr. Khanal officially announcing the formal completion of the ACMD2 and PCMD3, 4, and 5 courses, marking a significant milestone in the professional development of all attendees.
