Centre for Human Resource Management has commenced Training of Trainers Program from Magh 23, 2079. The program is being held at Provincial Research and Training Center, Madesh Pradesh. The five day training of trainers program aims to orient faculties, training managers, capacity development experts and curriculum designers of various offices in Madesh Pradesh Province. The training program is a joint collaboration between Nepal Administrative Staff College and Provincial Research and Training Center, Madesh Pradesh.

The opening ceremony was graced by Director of Studies, Mr. Uttam Acharya, Centre of Human Resource Management (NASC); Sataar Ansari, Executive Director, Provincial Research and Training Center (Madesh Pradesh), Bipin Kumar Thakur, Under Secretary, OCMCM (Madhesh Pradesh) and Nabin Chapagain, Deputy Director of Studies (NASC).
