Leadership Excellence Program for Women Managers is organized for 14^th time by the Centre for Organizational Development, Management Learning Group, Nepal Administrative Staff College. This program aims to develop essential leadership skills and competencies of women managers in their organizations.

This is a residential program starting from Baisakh 9^th till Baisakhh 30^th ,2083 for 20 women participants from 12 different organizations at Nagarkot. This program adopts a social learning approach that involves case- based learning games, interactive presentations and individual tasks.

The training management team comprises of Senior Director, Mr. Rajendra Adhikari ,Director of Studies Ms.Anita Poudel, Training and Research Officers and Smriti Pradhan.
