Leadership Excellence Program for women managers is organized by the Centre for Organizational Development, Management Learning Group, Nepal Administrative Staff College. This program aims to develop essential leadership skills and competencies of women managers in their organizations.

This is a residential program starting from Bhadra 28th till Bhadra 30th ,2081 for 17 women participants from various organizations at Dhulikhel, Kavre. This program adopts a social learning approach that involves case- based learning games, interactive presentations and individual tasks.

The training management team comprises of Senior Director, Mr.Binod Kumar Bista ,Director of Studies Ms.Anita Poudel, Training and Research Officers, Saroja Shakya and Smriti Pradhan.
