The 3 days Negotiation Training organized by the Centre for Organization Development; Management Learning Group has been commenced on Ashadh 18, 2080.  The opening ceremony of the training was chaired by the Executive Director of NASC Dr. Rajan Khanal. The program was also graced by Senior Director of Studies Mr. Binod Kumar Bista and Director of Studies Mr. Uttam Acharya. Mr. Acharya briefed about the course content. He mentioned that every year NASC has been providing this training to officials of public institutions. NASC believes that every public servant is a negotiator too hence the officials need to acquire the negotiation skills at their best, he further added. Dr. Khanal in his remarks welcomed all the participants to NASC. He mentioned that this training was specifically designed in such a way that it covers the theoretical and practical approach of negotiation and the methodology is two-way based which will help participants to learn as well imply the skill. He highlighted the area where public officials have to do negotiation in their official as well as personal life and added the issues like cross-country negotiation, loopholes of negotiation, preparation requirements which will be covered by the training as well. He gave his best wishes to all the participants for the productive learning.
