Closing Program of ACMD I & II

The closing programme of In-Service Training Programme “Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD-I and II)” for Gazetted Class-II (equivalent) Officers of Government Organizations was held on 31 Bhadra 2082 at Araniko Hall, Sampada Sadan. It was ceremoniously commenced with the presence of Executive Director, Ram Sharan Pudasaini, Department Head, Trilochan Pokharel, Center Head, Dr. Raghu Bista and the trainee participants from both groups. During the closing, learning reflection was shared by Dr. Dijan Bhattarai (trainee ACMD-II) on behalf of the trainee participants where he highlighted the essence of each modules and the proficiency of the modular design. He further stated the group's dedication to applying the training's lessons in both official and personal spheres demonstrating that they were both theoretical and practical. While a poem was recited by Bhakti Ram Marasini (trainee ACMD-II) that chronicled both training and the trainees. After the reflection, Department Head expressed on how the training modality is set to modification with the career basis and core competency of the trainees in the spheres of integrity, innovation, team spirit, responsibility and respect. He congratulated in successfully completing the training programme and extended best wishes for the future tenure also he expressed warm regards for the forthcoming festivals. The closing flowed to the certificate distribution to the trainee participants of both the ACMD-I and ACMD-II. At the end Executive Director put his closing remarks stressing on enthusiastic follow-up of the learnings from the training. He emphasized on learning by doing through the themes of PSI, KYE and C2C that creates learning attitude. He added that the adaptation and adjustment according to the situation is must while officials should consider that effort is similar to obligation to be fulfilled. He stressed that reform should start from self and lastly he congratulated everyone and extended best wishes for the upcoming festivals and formally concluded the closing programme.
