Mr. Kobid Dhakal, Section Officer of Ministry of Economic Affairs and planning, Koshi Province, hosted the closing ceremony of the Project Identification, Selection and Development for the Officials of Koshi Province. The event was graced by the presence of Hon'ble Minister Ram Bahadur Magar (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning), Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, Senior Director of Studies, Nepal Administrative Staff College, Shankar Nepal, Secretary, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning and Tara Prasad Kharel, Deputy Director of Studies, Nepal Administrative Staff College. Representing the participants, Mr. Man Bahadur Devkota and Dr. Savyata Panthi expressed their appreciation describing the effectiveness of the program in identification, planning and development of projects for Koshi Province. They further expressed their commitment, on behalf of the trainee, to use their full capacity and potential and productive role in the field of project identification, planning and development.

Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, during his remarks, thanked Ministry of Economic Affairs and Planning for the support and management to organize such an event which will eventually prove the quality relationship between NASC and the Ministry and also highlighted the enthusiasm shown by the participants and thanked for their active participation and curiosity during the training programme.

Minister Magar, during his closing remarks, highlighted the importance of knowledge for project identification and development during plan preparation at province level and expected to transform the knowledge gained to the actual project identification, planning and development. He further added that such training programmes will help to strengthen the institutional capacity of the province government.
