A closing ceremony of the Learning Organization and Knowledge Management Training for the officials of the public organizations took place on Thursday at Bagmati Hall at Nepal Administrative Staff College, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur. The three-day training program was organized by the Centre for Knowledge Management and Information Technology (CKMIT).
The closing ceremony saw the gracious presence of Deputy Executive Director of NASC Mr. Bishnu Prasad Lamsal and Director of Studies and Centre chief of CKMIT Mr. Trilochan Poudyal. Mr. Shashi Shekhar Acharya, a member of the training management team hosted the event and welcomed all the dignitaries and participants present there, along with training management team members Ms. Shital Tamang and Mr. Ashutosh Neupane.
Trainee Officer Mr. Ram Nath Pandit, from Nepal Rastra Bank, shared his learning experiences on behalf of all 19 participants. He expressed the realization that the training made regarding the management of knowledge in the organization and making the learning organization. Further, he also thanked the training management team for designing the training in a mostly participative way and with international-level training practices.
Center Head Mr. Poudyal then congratulated all the participants for completing the training with active participation and mentioned that he was happy to have organized this training.
Training Management Team then showed a short video of the training, which included all the activities of the training from the opening ceremony, interactive sessions, group discussion, organization visit, and all the activities that participants were involved in during the training process.
Deputy Executive Director Mr. Lamsal awarded the training completion certificates to all the participants and congratulated them. He then gave his closing remarks. He shared the importance of learning in personal as well as professional life. He elaborated that learning and knowledge management is important in both prospectives. He then thanked the training management team for completing the program in a participative way.
