Center for Governance and State Management of Governance and Development Management Learning Group organized a 5-day training on “Creating Gender Friendly Envinronment”. The program commenced on 2082 Mangsir 8 and ended on 2082 Mangsir 12. There were 28 participants in the training. 
During the closing ceremony of the training, Ms. Angel Lama, Advocacy officer from Blue Diamond Society, reflected the poster Presentation heald earlier as well as expressed some ideas on Gender and Sexual Minorities followed by “5 days in 5 minutes” video. Ms. Radha Kandel on behalf of participants expressed her gratitude and highlighted how the training has been very useful.   Executive Director Mr. Ramsharan Pudasaini, Senior Director of Studies Mr. Tulasi Sharan Sigdel, Center Chief Mr Trilochan Poudyal were present in the event. Executive Director Mr. pudasaini emphasized and highlighted the importance of gender friendly environment in workplace and public service delivery, exprressed how gender sensative budgeting has been instrumental in minimising the gaps. He concluded by congratulating all participants on the successful completion of the training through application of learning in their respective workplace.”
