A three day residential training program on Contract Management (Works-Small) for Asian Development Bank (ADB) project officials started from 18th April 2022 in Dhulikhel Mountain Resort, Khawa.

Twenty-eight participants from different ADB projects are participating in the program. Resource persons for the training program are Mr. Narendra Chand, Mr. Keshav Bahadur Thapa and Mr. Hari Prasad Dhakal.

The training contains the course such as GCC provisions, Variation Order, rate revisions, extension of time and liquidated damage, contract management plan and activities, contract termination, claims and disputes. The training runs until 20 April 2022.
