Basic Secretarial Efficacy Training starts from Bhadra 01, 2078 on a virtual platform. The training program is being participated by 237 newly appointed gazetted Class III officers of Nepal Legal Service. 

The virtual opening ceremony was held on Tuesday and was chaired by the Secretary of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs Ministry Mr. Udaya Raj Sapkota. The chief guest for the program was Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Hon. Gyanendra Bahadur Karki. Executive Director of NASC Dr. Rajan Khanal, Executive Director of National Judicial Academy Hon. Baidya Nath Upadhyay, Attorney General Hon. Khamb Bahadur Khati, Chief Registrar of Supreme Court Mr. Lal Bahadur Kunwar and Cheif of Judicial Service Training Center Mrs. Indira Dahal were among the guests.

The training is scheduled for five working days till Bhadra 08, 2078.
