A course redesign workshop for one of the flagship programs of NASC, Advanced Course on Management and Development (ACMD), was held on Friday, June 3rd at Maitri Hall. The objective of the workshop was to reflect upon the course content, its relevancy, practicality, and the methodology; and also to identify any topic/content that the present ACMD course has missed out on.
The Class Two officer targeted ACMD program was last redesigned in 2074 and implemented since then in the current framework. Selected ACMD graduate participants from all modalities of the training (Physical, Online, and Blended) were called to the workshop. The rest of the participants are emailed with an online form for their feedback and suggestions.
The program was chaired by the Senior Director of Studies and head of ACMD review team Mr. Basanta Raj Sigdel.
