The 3 days Training on Negotiation Skills for officers of Public Organizations commenced today with the course briefing from Centre Head of Centre for Organizational Development, Ms. Anita Poudel. Thereafter, for opening remarks, Mr. Ram Sharan Pudasaini, Executive Director of NASC gave an overview of NASC functions to the participants. He added that NASC has been committed to strengthen the capacity of public officials through trainings, research and consulting. He further explained about the course and emphasized on the significance of negotiation not only in official setting but also in personal life. He explained that this training program is designed in such a way that it aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of officers to negotiate effectively in various situations while performing managerial responsibilities and leading their organizations. Lastly, he expressed his best wishes to all the participants for the successful completion of the training.
