2. Submission
What are the submission options?
You may submit:
- An indivisual abstract under the General track, or
- A panel proposal with 3-4 coordinated papers
Can I submit both a General Track abstract and a Panel proposal?
No. Participants must choose only one submission route.
Can panel members submit their papers separately?
No. Panel papers must be submitted together by the Panel Convener.
What happens after submission?
Submissions are reviewed by the conference committee. Accepted papers will be assigned to sessions.

3. Registration
When does registration open?
Registration opens on 1 August 2026.
Is registration mandatory?
Yes. All participants must register in advance to attend the conference.
Is on-site registration available?
No, except in exceptional cases.
Do presenters need to register?
Yes. At least one author must register for a paper to be included in the program.

4. Accomodation
Is accommodation available at the venue?
Yes, limited on-campus accommodation is available for international delegates on request.
What type of accommodation is provided?
Dormitory-style accommodation with shared (non-attached) washrooms and basic facilities.
Can I choose my accommodation type?
Preferences can be indicated, but allocation depends on availability.
Can I arrange my own accommodation?
Yes. Participants are free to book hotels independently.
