Mr. Baskota is a former Secretary for the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. He has served to the Government of Nepal for more than 30 years in different capacities. Recently, he has been appointed as Expert Member to the High Level Committee for Administrative Reform. He has extensive experience and knowledge on public service delivery and role of civil service for improving the quality of public service. During his tenure in the Government of Nepal, he has been credited for many reform initiatives and strengthening civil service systems.
