Programme Monitoring and Evaluation Committee
A Programme Monitoring and Evaluation Committee (PMEC) under the Deputy Executive Director is provisioned in the new organization structure of NASC with a view to monitor and evaluate its overall activities/ programmes to ensure their effective implementation.
The objectives of PMEC are to:
- Monitor effective and efficient implementation of policy and programmes approved by the Governing Council.
- Monitor the implementation of decisions made by Executive Committee and Training, Consultancy and Research Committee (TCRC).
- Ensure whether the NASC programmes are implemented as per plan or not, and advice for measures to be taken.
