Centre for In-service Training (CIsT)

Objective

The main objective of this centre is to provide a wide range of need-based, quality trainings and development opportunities to Gazetted officers working for Nepal Government and Public Organisationsin order to  improve their capabilities.

Major Functions

The major function of the CIsT is to organize colloquium and conduct training programmes. The programmes are:-

Secretary Colloquium:-Secretary Colloquium is designedto create a forum for high level bureaucraticleaders ,Secretaries and Special Class officers of  NepalGovernmentto derive common understanding and insights related to pertinent issues of current affairs.

Senior Executive Development Program (SEDP): This programme isdesigned to enhance the core competencies of Class I Officers (joint secretaries) to develop them  a transformational leader and integrity builder.

AdvancedCourses: -This course is designed for enhancing professional competencies of Class II officers of the Government of Nepal.

Professional Courses: -This course is designed for Class III officers of the Government of Nepal
