The main objectives of CMC set out in the terms of reference prepared for it to offer consulting services to various clientele groups both in public and private sectors for improving their organisational and operational efficiency and effectiveness are as follows:

  • Analyse  and identify market of NASC services 
  • Develop marketing goals and strategies
  • Prepare  market based annual plan/program in consultation with other  functional units and get approval from concerned authority and implement it
  • Ensure adequate support  for undertaking activities  assigned by the epartment
  • Maintain quality of consulting
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and submission of reports
  • Maintain, manage and promote clientele relationship with NASC
  • Get regular feed -back from clients
