Introduction/ Background

The human factor has now been recognised as one of the key elements for the organisational success. The growing importance of the human factor and of human resource management (HRM) due to its pervasive nature have tended to change the role of today’s managers both line and specialist, in terms of handling human resource issues. In this context, NASC has been regularly organising a series of HRM related training programs for the officials working in public organisation. The aim of the program is to help participants in improving their knowledge, understandings and skills relating to the management of human resources in government organisations.
